
Sharon Vecchiarelli is a board certified health counselor and
nutrition educator with training from The Institute for Integrative
Nutrition, and certification through The Teachers College at
Columbia University. With more than a decade of experience as a
chef in whole foods baking, Sharon is currently teaching cooking
and baking classes at the Waldorf School of Princeton and North
Slope Organic Farm as well as managing a thriving private
practice.
Her passion is for foods that look tempting, taste wonderful and
uses the finest ingredients available. Of course, it is best if the
ingredients are found locally and grown organically. Sharon loves
to work with local farmers and use their exceptionally fresh
products to create truly healthy food; food that honors the earth as
well as the body it enters.
The foundation of Sharon’s work is to promote health and
wellness by providing integrative coaching. This approach offers
truly individualize strategies and results while providing support
and accountability. Taking small measured steps will bring lasting
change. In Sharon’s practice, the client is seen and honored as a
whole person. This means that everything that affects our lives is
looked at including food, exercise, career, relationships and
spirituality.
It is understood that each of us are different therefore no one diet,
exercise program or lifestyle will work for everyone. Taking the
time to listen to our bodies will help us be happier, healthier
people. It is Sharon’s privilege to be a part of this work and to
serve each client.
